Hi, my name is Brittany. Thank you for visiting my site, and for your dedication to your own healing and embodiment journey. I will be delighted to work with you.

I have been a resident of the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley since 2021. I completed my massage training with Higher Elevation Healing Arts in Gypsum, Colorado in 2024, though my path towards body work and through healing spaces began long ago. As a traveler, life-long learner and spiritual seeker, I have enjoyed gaining insights from other cultures and found resonance with the different ways that people around the world connect with earth, higher powers and each other. I have always been drawn to movement as a means to express and emote, whether through dance, yoga, or out in nature. Since moving to the West Coast from New England, climbing, hiking and exploring the mountains are activities that have given me so much joy, the ability to challenge myself, and reflect.

I believe our bodies are miraculous vessels that we use every day to tell our stories, and that they also hold on to stories; that they, in fact, have a lot to tell us. As humans navigating a complicated and extraordinary existence, our Inner Spaces dictate so much of how we show up in and experience the external world, emotionally, physically and energetically speaking.

After moving to Carbondale, I began working with the Adaptive community through Challenge Aspen and later became a care provider to a few of their participants. This work not only illuminates the resiliency of the human spirit, but also how much healing and progress can be achieved through applied kinesiology, neurology, orthopedic massage and consciously working with body systems. I have learned SO much about the human body from those who have limited use of their faculties.

 Body work can be adapted to any type of body, regardless of condition or ability, and I believe it should be accessible to all and everyone of every cultural and socioeconomic background. Massage, or healing through touch, is not something I possess and can sell you. It is something we ALL possess and can learn to cultivate. I am so excited to share the knowledge, enthusiasm and passion I have for this form of healing art with those who find their way to my practice.
